Climb the platforms all the way to the top of the room and dash-jump with the Leg Part hard to the left wall. Work your way to the lower right corner of the room via the ladders. You will need Boomer Kuwanger's Boomerang Cutter to get this one. Jump strait up in the air, and on your decend fire the Boomerang cutter.
